Huila’s profile is more toward toffee sweetness, lemon acidity, and smooth mouthfeel than the punchier fruit-forward lots of Cauca or Nariño. These specialty coffees tend to be perfect “breakfast blend” types, versatile and interesting without being too challenging to the palate.
